About the Festival:
A little introduction: Your Kontinent Festival: The Richmond International Film & Media Arts Festival is an annual film festival co-presented by the non-profit organization Cinevolution Media Arts Society and City of Richmond. This is our 5th festival year, with the goal of building an integrated society through a community celebration of local, national, and international artists. As the Professional Resident Art Group in the Richmond Media Lab, Cinevolution has garnered generous support from the community, winning the 2012 Richmond Arts Awards for Artistic Innovation as well as the 2013 Nova Star Award of Volunteer Richmond.

The festival this year will be over the span of one week, from July 19 to 27th, 2013, in the Richmond Cultural Centre and off-site venues such as Terra Nova Park.
